The data you send through the contact form (name, email and message), the data you give us by email or WhatsApp and, if you consent, browsing data.

What we use it for

To respond to your request, prepare a proposal if you ask for one and, with your permission, improve the website and measure campaigns.

Your consent and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.

Service providers

Hosting, CRM, email and, if you accept them, analytics (Google, Microsoft) and advertising (Meta). Some may be located outside Andorra; appropriate safeguards are applied.

How long we keep it

For as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the applicable legal period.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the controller at hola@kimcapel.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (APDA, Andorra's data protection authority).
